RETURN & REFUND :
We offer free shipping on all orders, anywhere in India and we have a customer-friendly 3-day return and lifetime exchange policy. We want your shopping experience with us to be as smooth and delightful as possible.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please contact us mentioning your Order ID.
We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a return request from your account. There is a Return option available to choose from and we will arrange for the pickup from your doorstep.
EXCHANGE:
We offer a lifetime exchange policy. If you feel that, your design is now outdated or are willing to change your chain design, we offer a lifetime exchange with all our products with 50% value of the exchange. Money will not be refunded incase of exchange.
For example : If you purchase a chain worth Rs. 7,000 and after 3 years, you liked a new chain design on our website which is also for Rs 7,000 and want to exchange it. You can return the chain and we will send you the new design chain which you selected but you will have to pay 50% of the amount i.e. Rs 3500.
