Refund & Exchange Policy

Return Policies

  • You can return or exchange items within 5 days of delivery.
    All items must be in new, unworn condition, with original, undamaged packaging and the invoice.

  • Items that don't meet these conditions won't be eligible for return or exchange.
    Please note, any FREE gifts must also be returned.

  • Items that have been altered, resized, or personalized are not eligible for return.

  • Items purchased during sale events are not eligible for returns, only exchanges.

  • Once your returned item is received, our team will inspect it and begin processing your refund. Please note the following details regarding the refund process:

  • Pickup Charge Deduction
    A deduction of Rs 150 will be made to cover the pickup charge for returns and refunds only. This charge does not apply to exchanges.

  • Refund Process
    The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method post 7-10 business working days of us receiving the product. Refund processing time may vary depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Processing Time
    While we aim to process refunds quickly, please allow up to 10 business days after we receive the return for the refund to appear in your account. We appreciate your patience!

  • Customer Support
    If you have any questions or concerns regarding the status of your refund, our customer support team is ready to assist you! We're available Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

  • Received a Damaged or Tampered Package
    Please note, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or tampered with, kindly refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person for RTO (Return to Origin).

  • After that, reach out to us on our phone number 8483839283 or email us at  rightjeweller@gmail.com with your Order ID, and we’ll resolve the issue immediately. We will send you a brand-new replacement at no additional cost, as you deserve the best! However, please be aware that we cannot process the return without the originally requested video.

Exchange Policies

  •  After this 5-day period, returns will no longer be accepted. Exchanges are only allowed for fading of any of our products.

  • Please be aware that damages such as issues with fading of locks/closures, discoloration or fake-looking polish (e.g., a different yellow color), breakage due to unlinking, or damage to our logo are not eligible for exchange after 5 days.

  • Additionally, we cannot accept exchanges or returns if the product has been intentionally tampered by the customer.

  • For more information on exchange eligibility, please refer to our Lifetime Warranty section.

  • We’re proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on our plating. If your jewellery ever fades or discolours, we’ll replace it up to two times, free of charge for the entire lifetime of the piece. 

  • Please note, our warranty doesn’t cover accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or items that are lost or stolen. It also doesn’t include scratches from everyday use, improper storage, or modifications made by anyone other than RIGHT JEWELLER.

MISTAKENLY RETURNING A DIFFERENT ITEM

​Due to logistics and customs restrictions, RIGHT JEWELLER cannot reship other items, other than our products, mistakenly sent to us.

NON-AUTHORIZED RETURNS

RIGHT JEWELLER reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns, including but not limited to final sale items, and return such items to the sender. RIGHT JEWELLER is not responsible for return shipments that are rejected, re-directed, or abandoned, and will not issue a refund for the affected item(s).

If RIGHT JEWELLER identifies a pattern of excessive returns or abuse of our return policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, and refuse any current or future returns, or access to our Sites (or any portion thereof).

POLICY UPDATE

This policy was last updated on March 21, 2025. We reserve the right to amend or update this return and refund policy at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.

IMPORTANT NOTE

1. When you receive a RIGHT JEWELLER package, record a video of it unboxing so if there is any problem with the product e.g., damaged product/product is missing in the box / received wrong product and submit it with the return/exchange claim. Then it will be easy for us to assist at the time you raise return / exchange request.
2. If a customer fails to hand over the product at the time of pickup for return or exchange, they are to self-ship the product.
